About Syntrek
Our Mission
Syntrek exists to build autonomous AI systems that fundamentally change how software is developed. We believe the next generation of development infrastructure won't just assist engineers — it will handle entire workflows autonomously, from understanding a ticket to shipping verified code.
Our work is grounded in serious infrastructure engineering. We build multi-stage review pipelines where AI agents route, evaluate, and verify each other's work. We implement chain-of-custody verification so every automated decision is auditable. We orchestrate multiple LLMs to balance capability, cost, and reliability across production workloads.
This isn't about automating away engineering — it's about building the systems that allow engineers to operate at a fundamentally different scale. The infrastructure we build today will define how software teams work for the next decade.
How We Work
We're a remote-first team with US timezone overlap. Our team is small by design — senior engineers with high autonomy working directly on production AI systems. There are no layers of management between you and the work.
We favor tools over meetings, written communication over synchronous calls, and shipping over planning. Our development cycle is fast: build, verify thoroughly, ship, measure. Every engineer has direct impact on the product and the technical direction of the company.
Our Values
Engineering Rigor Over Hype
We build production infrastructure, not demos. Every system we ship is designed for reliability, observability, and maintainability. We measure what matters and let evidence guide our decisions, not trends.
Autonomy with Accountability
Every engineer owns their work end-to-end — from design through deployment and monitoring. We trust our team to make the right calls, and we build systems that make the consequences of those calls visible.
Build for Evolution
The AI landscape changes fast. We design systems that can absorb new models, new capabilities, and new requirements without rewrites. Every architecture decision considers what happens when the ground shifts.
Evidence-Driven Development
Every automated action in our systems produces evidence — logs, metrics, audit trails. We apply the same standard to our own engineering process: decisions are backed by data, changes are measured, and outcomes are reviewed.
